Lower min/max processor states:
Press your Windows key or click the windows icon on your taskbar
Type in "power plan"
Click "Edit power plan"
Click "Change advanced power settings"
Click the plus next to "Processor power management"
Change "Minimum processor state" to 80%
Change "Maximum processor state" to 80%
Click "Apply"
Click "Okay"
Reboot your machine
There have been reports of turning on ECO mode in your BIOS helping the issue, to find out how to change this setting:
Press your Windows key or click the windows icon on your taskbar
Type in "msinfo"
Hit "Enter"
Find "BaseBoard Product" and click to highlight and then copy, this is your mother board
Google "your motherboard enable eco mode"
Follow the steps you find, if you have any questions please put in a ticket on our support site

Hit "Enter"
Find "BaseBoard Product" and click to highlight and then copy, this is your mother board
